After reading this information, what changes do you think you can make in your diet.

Think about swapping snacks high in sugar and fat like chips and cake for fresh fruit with yogurt, or with veggies dipped in hummus.

Choose water as a drink especially over coke or other sodas.

Questions to ask yourself:

Do you lead an active lifestyle and require more energy, or do you eat more than you need to?

Do you think you eat enough fruit and veg?

Do you think you eat too much fatty and sugary junk food?
